The Glasshouse
Operational Transparency
The AI ecosystem is widely defined as a "Black Box" which causes a trust gap amongst users and builders. This creates friction when deploying AI in people-facing contexts.
We choose to build our system as a "Glass Box". We show our work by publishing our roadmap, our decision-making criteria, and our learnings. Transparency is one of our core principles, so we practice it ourselves

Our Business Model
How we keep the lights on without selling user data.
We are a nonprofit initiative. We believe that builders who seek to positively impact the world should not be blocked by paywalls. To keep this platform free for builders and free from advertisers, we rely on 3 transparent revenue streams in addition to grant funding.
Capital Allocators
Capital Allocators can pay us for aggregated portfolio-level insights. As part of an agreement we will gather consent from relevant organizations. We will not externally share insights or use data from non-portfolio teams.
Consulting
Innovation programs pay to have us teach our curriculum and "Cost of AI" frameworks for their cohorts. Organizations can pay to have us consult on product management execution of their strategic plan.
Vendor Partnerships
We recommend tools purely based off of utility and quality. If we have identified a great tool, we're open to negotiating bulk discounts that have no bearing on their recommendation status
